Sunday Morning Worship

Worship is the heart of what we are called to do as we seek to glorify God by gathering together to celebrate the mystery of God’s presence through word and sacrament, prayer and song, and by going forth to live lives of gratitude.

The people of Westminster Presbyterian Church gather on Sunday mornings during the school year at 9:00 and 11:00 to worship God. Typically, we move to a summer schedule between Memorial Day and Labor Day, worshipping at 10:00. We enter into the presence of almighty God through prayer, song, the reading of scripture and its faithful and imaginative interpretation.

Worship is traditional at Westminster. Our sanctuary is one of beauty and peace. We are a very inclusive and diverse congregation, and that is often reflected in our worship life.

Our ministers proclaim God’s grace to us with preaching and liturgy which is both grounded in tradition and relevant to contemporary life. You will be fed and inspired by their words each week. The music — from the magnificent organ, our instrumental ensembles, and our choirs — will be familiar to most. We are a singing congregation, raising our voices together in praise!

Worship bulletins are posted on our website each week.
